About The Role

We are expanding and seeking new or experienced Mortgage Agents. This role offers hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support. You will manage multiple deals, develop relationships, ensure timely responses, and increase process efficiency.

A typical week includes:

  • Managing your pipeline to meet service and financial goals
  • Building relationships with clients and guiding them through the mortgage process
  • Overseeing the mortgage process from application to closing
  • Following up with clients throughout
  • Acting as an intermediary between lender and borrower
  • Staying informed on market trends and regulations

Requirements

Success looks like if you are:

  • Driven, motivated, organized, a great communicator
  • Having 1-3 years of sales experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Mortgage Agent License
