A family-run homebuilding company in Wasaga Beach seeks a Warranty and Customer Service Coordinator to support homeowners through the post-purchase service process. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of residential construction experience, provides technical advice, and ensures prompt service for homeowners. Job Location:Wasaga Beach, Greater Toronto Area
Employment Type:Full Time (Between 36 and 44 hours per week), On Site
Pay:$30.00 per hour
Probationary Period:3 months
As a Warranty and Customer Service Coordinator, you will uphold the RedBerry Homes standard for customer service by supporting new homeowners through the post-purchase service process. This role provides technical and warranty advice to the homeowners and the trades to ensure that new homeowners receive prompt, complete and accurate service upon occupancy of their new home.
