Canadian Tire Financial Services offers a New Graduate Data Science Associate program starting in 2027 in Toronto. The program features two 12-month rotations in Decision Support, with work spanning retail analytics, BI, and data engineering.
You will analyze data, build models, and help modernize data processes alongside Finance teams. Applicants pursue an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field and should have experience with SQL, BI tools, Python, and AI platforms.

Canadian Tire’s Data Science Associate Rotational Program will provide you with an opportunity to develop broad analytical expertise, work cross-functionally with internal and external teams and be a key member of our data analytics team within Finance Decision Support. This development program is designed to be a strong foundation for a successful analytics career within Finance and other analytics teams across CTC, helping us to continue to build an innovative, world-class Canadian Tire Retail team.
The program consists of two progressive 12-month rotations in Decision Support teams that work with Merchandising and Finance in domains such as retail analytics, business intelligence and data engineering. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000. Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
