Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Pod Lead to plan a successful development process.
• Self-organize and collaborate with the Pod team and stakeholders.
• Guard the quality of the code and prevent accumulation of technical debt.
• Support creation of technical documentation for applications delivered.
• Manage the backlog and prioritize user stories.
• Discuss business requirements with the Agile Business Analyst.
• Collaborate to identify improvements in design and development.
• Support the Application Service Management lifecycle.
• Deliver user support services as the initial touchpoint for users.
