New Grad Program
Candidates selected for this position will be included in Hydro One\'s New Grad development program. Our New Graduate program reflects our long-term commitment to invest time and resources to build the best and brightest team. We are always on the lookout for individuals who have a passion for learning and are looking to build their career with Hydro One. The two-year program offers a permanent position from Day 1, a combination of training and coaching, and the ability to rotate through several roles allowing New Grads to gain experience working on different projects and in different environments.
We are looking for New Grads in our Portfolio Reporting & Analysis team. New Grads will be responsible for a variety of business functions within the organization.
These may include reporting, planning, accounting, audit, inventory management, material forecasting, data analysis, scheduling, reviewing processes for compliance, program/project and risk management and the delivery of some training programs for field staff.
The Capital Portfolio Delivery team is accountable for Project Estimating including Construction and Stations Services, Project Controls including Scheduling, Cost and Risk Management, Portfolio Management, Reporting and Analysis, Program Management: Transmission Lines. Each group is focused on key areas to support the delivery of the work program; in addition, they provide support and guidance to the entire division including work acceptance, project, and program forecasting, KPI development and tracking, investment planning support, resource planning, rate filing preparation and, support of strategic initiatives to help the corporation meet its stated goals and objectives.
