Job summary

Wiehler Mechanical Ltd. in Calgary, Alberta, is hiring a New Construction Sheet Metal Installer to join a busy HVAC division. You will install residential HVAC systems, read blueprints, lay out ductwork, and ensure code-compliant installations.

We offer strong piecework pay ($400-$600 daily) with up to 3 houses per week, company vehicle, tool account, comprehensive benefits, RRSP matching, and a flexible schedule to support work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Indentured apprentice or Journeyperson
• Experience with full rough-ins
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical manuals
• Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
• Attention to detail and motivation to produce high quality work

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces and air conditioners
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions
• Lay out and connect ductwork according to specifications
• Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite with proper tool and material storage

As a New Construction Residential HVAC Installer, we offer competitive piecework rates where you will have the opportunity to earn $400-$600 daily, with a workload of up to 3 houses per week.

OUR IDEAL NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC INSTALLER:

We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• Indentured apprentice or Journeyperson
