As a New Business Development Specialist, you’ll help businesses discover a smarter way to offer employee benefits. You’ll find and connect with potential businesses and tee up meetings for our licensed advisors to seal the deal.

What You’ll Do :
  • Source small- to mid-sized businesses ready for a better benefits solution.
  • Reach out via phone and email to spark interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales advisors.
  • Keep things organized in our CRM and stay on top of follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with teammates and share best practices to hit goals.

  • Level 3 (Senior) – $57,000 base + uncapped monthly bonuses averaging $2,500
