Wagonmaster is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow dealership accounts and promote automotive service solutions.
Must live on Vancouver Island. Base + commission + vehicle allowance.

About the Role

This is a B2B sales and business development role calling on automotive dealerships and service providers. You’ll manage your territory, build relationships, and help dealerships grow while hitting sales goals and KPIs.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage business within your Vancouver Island territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and service providers
  • Promote Wagonmaster’s automotive service solutions and dealership products
  • Train customers on features, benefits, and retention programs
  • Manage your pipeline and reporting through Wagonmaster’s CRM
  • Collaborate with management, logistics, and warehouse teams
  • Identify and resolve challenges to protect and grow your accounts
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B business development or outside sales
  • Must currently live on Vancouver Island
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Strong relationship-building, closing, and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general business applications
