PPI, an independent subsidiary of iA Financial, is seeking a New Business Administrator to ensure service levels for advisors and manage cases from submission to commission swiftly. This role processes life insurance applications to issue and settle policies, following up for information and data entry.
Build strong relationships with assigned advisors, coordinate with carriers and paramedical providers, and maintain accurate records in WealthServ.

The primary focus of the New Business Administrator is to ensure service levels to advisors are maintained and to manage cases from submission to commission as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
The New Business Administrator processes life insurance applications through the appropriate channels resulting in the issue and settlement of policy contracts including conducting appropriate follow up for requested information, data entry, reviewing all incoming mail and determining the appropriate course of action.
This role is for a new/existing position. The expected salary range for this position starts at $50,000 and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and skill set.
