Come work as a Neurologist in Multiple Sclerosis with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)!

We are recruiting a neurologist with subspecialty expertise in Multiple Sclerosis to join our MS Program based at the University of British Columbia Hospital (UBCH).

The candidate should hold or be eligible for UBC full‑time academic appointment with UBC Department of Medicine and the UBC Division of Neurology. It is anticipated that the candidate will commit up to 20% of their time to clinical services within the MS Clinic. The candidate will be assigned a share of on‑call and hospital duties at the discretion of the Division Head. The candidate must be committed to teaching and education.

The academic appointment, salary, and benefits will be provided by the UBC Faculty of Medicine. Remuneration for clinical work is on a fee‑for‑service basis.

The candidate must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident status or have appropriate work permits and must be eligible for full, provisional, or academic licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC.

Vancouver is a large coastal city with a temperate climate. The population of metro Vancouver is greater than 3 million with a rich ethnic diversity. There are a wealth of recreational, social and cultural activities. Vancouver is in close proximity to Whistler, a world‑class ski and all‑season resort, and has immediate access to the waters of the Pacific Northwest for fishing, boating and sailing.
