Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex networking issues in the JDI infrastructure.
• Escalate and coordinate with vendors and external technical resources.
• Provide SME support across internal and customer-facing technology projects.
• Optimize systems for performance and capacity and identify improvements.
• Research, implement and maintain security protocols.
• Develop and maintain SOP documentation for networking solutions.
• Lead day-to-day networking activities and contribute to long-term planning.
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
