Job summary

AXON Networks is seeking a Network Operations Manager to establish and lead a comprehensive operational management system. You will drive automation, governance, and a high-impact team, partnering with Support, Operations, SRE, Engineering, DevOps, QA, Database Engineering, Product and Security.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology/production operations and 3+ years leading people or cross-functional programs.
• Experience with broadband, telecommunications, or service provider solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, observability, and containerization tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Operational Excellence function with governance, roadmap and talent.
• Own the automation and tooling strategy for Network Operations to reduce manual work and risk.
• Define production-readiness criteria for new products and changes before production handoff.
