Job summary

TJX Canada is seeking a Network Flow Support Analyst Co-op to join our team in Mississauga. You will help optimize production processes and merchandise flow, track sales drivers, and liaise with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operations across our network.

Gain hands‑on experience with ad‑hoc investigations, KPI monitoring, and studying the impact of production variability on logistics and store operations in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of all aspects of merchandising, including brand, fashion, quality, and price.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal across teams.
• Collaborative, adaptable problem solving and team player.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for issue resolution to flow inquiries and support production targets within SLAs.
• Track and report variability in targets week to week and for specific targets.
• Liaise with Merchandise Flow partners to update production targets and changes.
• Determine impact on outbound Logistics and Store Operations from production variability.
• Manage availability vs production targets, including recalls and offsite facilities.
• Coordinate with facilities to balance network production targets and handle special requests.
• Complete weekly analysis submissions highlighting risks and opportunities in merchandise flow.
• Create and update reports tracking merchandise flow, including dwell time analysis.
