Job Description

• Analyse network performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• De-velop and implement RF optimization plans to meet KPIs.
• Conduct drive tests and post-process da-ta using tools like TEMS, Nemo, or Actix.
• Perform RF propagation analysis and capacity planning.
• Troubleshoot RF-related issues and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network deployment and upgrades.
• Monitor and manage RF interference and spectrum usage.
• Provide technical support during network rollout and optimization phases.
• Document opti-mization activities and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.

Must Have

• Bachelors de-gree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in RF optimization for GSMUMTSLTE5G networks.
• Proficiency in RF planning and optimization tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, Actix, TEMS).
