Responsibilities

• Is accountable for monitoring and addressing issues found on the assigned production systems.
• Participates in reviewing and documenting current systems and in proposing/implementing enhancements.
• Analyze and Optimize query performance.
• Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems.
• Triage complex issues and handle escalations.
• Identify root cause in the code, suggest break-fix activities in the code and/or DB.
• Willing to provide support after office hours, weekends and stay on call when business needs.
