Job summary

Shared Health seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the CH Nephrology unit at Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. This in-person role is 0.70 FTE with days and 7.75 daily hours, on an indefinite term.

The successful candidate will provide professional nursing care and coordinate discharge planning. Required are current CRNM registration, CPR per policy, and the ability to work under pressure while supporting Indigenous-related considerations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.
• Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) required.
• CPR training as per Employer policy; willingness to maintain proofs.
• Ability to work independently and in a healthcare team, in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional registered nursing services for patients, including complex cases.
• Deliver prescribed treatments and lead within the healthcare team.
• Coordinate patient care and facilitate discharge planning.
• Maintain compliance with RHPA, PHIA and related acts.
