Job Summary

The Health Care Aid is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s complex needs. We are specifically looking for someone available to work 24-hour shifts. There may also be some shorter shifts available on a casual basis.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene

• Accompany clients on outings

• Medication Assist/ Reminders

• Documentation/Charting

Qualifications
