Job summary

A leading NDT services provider in Fort McMurray is seeking a Level I NDT Technician to assist with inspections during the 2026 Turnaround Season. Candidates must have CGSB Level I certification and experience in NDT inspection. Preference will be given to local candidates. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to safety. The position involves on-call duties and possible travel within Canada. Overtime may be needed during busy periods.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in NDT inspection.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assists Level II Technician in NDT inspections.
• Prepares and completes necessary paperwork.
• Responsible for cleanliness of work areas.

Skills

Understanding of NDT techniques

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Customer service focus

Ability to operate NDT equipment

Education

High School Diploma or GED
