As a Navigator NCS Product Line Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of advanced network planning and AiOPS initiatives, driving innovation and market leadership in Telco software solutions. You will oversee a small team, ensuring alignment of product development with customer priorities and industry trends. In this role, you will guide product discovery, promote experimentation, and leverage data‑driven insights to optimize product adoption and performance. You will also engage with customers and partners, translating their needs into actionable strategies while fostering collaboration across internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver impactful solutions and shape the future of network design and planning.

Accountabilities
  • Drive the evolution of network planning capabilities and AiOPS initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Lead Network Digital Twin projects to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Manage, mentor, and set objectives for a small product team, fostering engagement and performance.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable product strategies and support sales engineering workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Hardware and development, to align product development with customer priorities.
  • Promote innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement in product offerings.
  • Represent the product line at industry events and maintain awareness of market trends and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in product line management, particularly in Telco software applications.
  • Expertise in AiOPS, Network Design, and IP/Optical transport technologies.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and customer‑centric skills.
  • Demonstrated success in bringing software applications to market.
