Pay: $105–$120 per hour Job type: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance Benefits: Work from home, Flexible schedule

Navigate Wellness Counselling is looking for a warm, dedicated, and growth-oriented Clinical Counsellor to join our small but expanding virtual practice. This role is ideal for counsellors who value autonomy, lifestyle flexibility, adventure, and work that feels meaningful while maintaining a sense of community and support. We welcome newer clinicians and those early in their careers who want a supportive environment that creates a pathway to financial growth as they develop their clinical voice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual individual or couples counselling sessions using evidence‑based approaches.
  • Develop and maintain personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in our EMR.
  • Collaborate as needed on care planning, risk assessment, and treatment coordination (new counsellors with under 5 years of experience should have regular contact with a trusted supervisor).
  • Participate in optional consultation meetings.
  • Maintain ethical standards consistent with BCACC, ACCT, or CCPA.
Qualifications
  • Registration in good standing with RCC, RTC, CCC, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently with strong clinical judgment.
  • Interest or experience in trauma therapy, anxiety treatment, or somatic‑based work – training in IFS, EMDR, or hypnotherapy is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self‑awareness, and capacity for curiosity and attunement.
  • Excellent boundaries and reliable, professional communication.
  • Comfort with virtual counselling and technology (training provided).
