Job summary

Ultra Maritime is seeking a Jr Project Engineer (Cost Account Manager) to guide development of anti-submarine warfare systems for naval markets. You will enable technical ownership, coordinate with the Project Engineer and cross-functional teams to meet commitments and deliverables.

The role involves planning, risk management, mentoring engineers, and ensuring milestones are achieved through collaboration with PEL, Program Manager and System Design Authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 4+ years of engineering experience in complex systems.
• Proven experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with EVMS, CAM and MS Project is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage engineering work packages across the project lifecycle.
• Oversee engineering teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outputs.
• Ensure milestones are met within scope, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Support ECO planning, change control, and configuration management.
