Job summary

Thales in Ottawa, Canada, seeks an Integrated Logistics Support Specialist to lead ILS activities for naval programs, including ECs. You will coordinate RAM data, assist in LSA tasks, and manage ILS deliverables in a hybrid work setting with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a broad ILS background, engineering or tech degree, and ability to obtain a NATO Secret clearance. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Engineering or Technology or equivalent logistics background.
• Strong proficiency with LSAR databases and reliability tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and data analysis ability.
• Ability to identify data gaps and propose practical resolutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and define system ILS requirements within ECs and address logistics needs.
• Coordinate updates to ILS documents affected by engineering changes.
• Attend Equipment Design Reviews and TCTs as required.
• Analyze RAM data for maintenance planning and sparing analysis.
• Review subcontractor docs to identify maintenance requirements.
• Prepare Maintenance Plans, Preventive Schedules, and instructions.
• Support User Manuals, Training Materials, and technical proposals.
