Job summary

Real Canadian Superstore in Canada is seeking Store Team Members to provide a positive in‑store experience, help customers, stock shelves and keep displays neat. You’ll respond to questions, assist with inventory and participate in promotions, while upholding health and safety standards.

No previous experience is required; we provide training to set you up for success. The role offers flexible hours (days/evenings/weekends), physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and opportunities for growth

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring shelves are stocked and respond to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
