A healthcare service provider is seeking a National Manager, Occupational Therapy Operations in Toronto. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing service delivery, and rebuilding workforce capacity in OT services. Reporting to the VP, Occupational Therapy Services, the National Manager, Occupational Therapy Operations, will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, rebuilding workforce capacity, and supporting the sustainable growth of OT services across the organization. Working closely with key divisions within Lifemark, the National Manager will focus on enhancing operational efficiencies and strengthening workforce sustainability to ensure consistent service delivery across all business lines and contracts.
Key priorities include re‑engaging referral sources and strengthening strategic partnerships, particularly those linked to key contracts. With a strong focus on capacity building and service expansion, this role will play a critical part in stabilizing operations and driving the overall success of the business
