Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture and registered as an Architect in Canada.
• 15+ years of leadership experience in healthcare architecture, planning, design, or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of healthcare procurement models, including Design-Build and P3 delivery.
• Established relationships within Canada's healthcare and infrastructure sectors.
• National reputation for thought leadership and industry involvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Architecture49's national healthcare strategy.
• Grow market share through strong client relationships and strategic pursuits.
• Identify emerging healthcare infrastructure opportunities across Canada.
• Lead major pursuit strategies, partnerships, and business development initiatives.
• Guide regional growth plans and sector performance targets.
• Support recruitment, succession planning, and capability building.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a unified national healthcare practice.
