Sales Power is launching a National Recruitment Consulting role to strengthen advisor recruitment capability and improve pre-contract sales effectiveness across the advisor recruitment pipeline. Reporting to the Advisor Growth & Retention team, the National Recruitment Consultant will serve as a dedicated coach, trainer, and subject matter expert, partnering with Field Leaders and, Recruitment Consultants, to enhance recruitment execution, improve candidate conversion, and build sustainable recruitment capability. The role will initially focus on supporting Western Canada, including British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, where advisor growth opportunities and recruitment activities are expanding. The successful candidate will also help design scalable processes, tools, and best practices that can be leveraged nationally as part of a future-state Recruitment Centre of Excellence. This opportunity is ideal for a highly respected field leader, advisor or former advisor or anyone with extensive industry experience, strong coaching capabilities, and a passion for developing future advisor talent.
