A leading insurance claims company is looking for an Account Manager to oversee national accounts in Markham, ON. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty claims adjusting, exceptional communication skills, and at least 5-7 years of relevant experience. This full-time role offers a hybrid work model and responsibilities including managing client portfolios and implementing best practices. Strong computer skills and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Property & Casualty claims adjusting.
• Fully licensed in Ontario or ability to be licensed in Ontario and other Provinces.
• Supervisory experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts relating to automobile property and general liability.
• Establish and implement Best Handling Practices unique to each client.
• Conduct regular stewardship and client-facing meetings.
