National Account Manager - TV & Digital

Who we're looking for

As a National Account Manager, you will manage a territory of clients, reporting to the Sr. Manager of National Sales. You’ll be responsible for generating revenue across Rogers’ premium portfolio, including linear television, streaming TV, advanced TV, and digital media solutions. Success in this role requires a blend of relationship-building, solution selling, and expertise in both digital and traditional media landscapes.

What You\'ll do
  • Sales & Business Development: Sell Rogers Sports & Media’s full suite of products—conventional and specialty linear TV, streaming TV, advanced TV solutions, and digital media sponsorships.
  • Prospecting & Relationship Management: Actively prospect and cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships. Presentation & Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver tailored, high-quality presentations and proposals, customized for each client.
  • Collaboration & Revenue Goals: Lead and support all sales initiatives through proposals, sales, and new business acquisition to achieve revenue targets across all media platforms.
  • Strategic Insight & Industry Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscape to effectively manage your sales territory and drive new business.
  • Data Management: Utilize Salesforce to maintain client profiles, contact information, and historical buying data, and update account history and activity reports.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain regular sales status reports, ensuring a strong pipeline and clear sales priorities.
What You Bring
  • Proven Sales Expertise: Strong track record in media or related fields, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Business Development and Client Management: Skilled in prospecting new business, building lasting relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction for repeat business.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and client needs, developing creative strategies that align with client goals and drive growth.
  • Experience with Third-Party Agencies and Partners: Expertise in collaborating with external agencies and partners to execute media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and maximizing impact.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional service, addressing client needs proactively, and continuously driving client satisfaction.
