Job summary

SONNY DELA CRUZ is seeking a caregiver/housekeeper to live in at the employer's home in Kingston, Ontario. The role includes supervising children, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and accompanying the family on outings. On-site work with a live-in accommodation option available at no charge, not a condition of employment.

Ideal candidates will have a secondary school certificate and ability to maintain a safe, healthy home environment while supporting day-to-day family needs.

• English language proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
• Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
• Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
• Organise activities such as games and outings for children
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Supervise and care for children
• Attend to emotional well-being of children
