CarePartners in Ontario seeks a Personal Support Manager for the Quinte area to coordinate and supervise the delivery of Community Health Services. This full-time role involves leadership of the health care team, development of care plans, and ongoing coordination with Ontario Health atHome.
The position requires an RN or RPN with CNO registration, 3–5 years of related experience, CPR certification, and a clear background check.
We are currently looking for someone to join our dynamic Leadership Team in the role of Personal Support Manager for the Quinte area. The primary role of the Personal Support Manager is to provide effective coordination and supervision of the delivery of Community Health Services.
This is a Full-Time position. Hours of work will be Monday-Friday as well as participation in the Branch Manager On-Call, which includes evenings and weekends on a rotational basis.
Will be working out of the Quinte West office, with time in Brockville, ON branch from time to time.
