Clipandpolish, a modern upscale salon launching in Calgary, is seeking an Experienced Nail Technician to join the founding team. You will perform manicures, pedicures, gel polish, and nail art, delivering precise, luxurious services that leave clients polished and confident.

You’ll help shape the salon culture from the ground up, build lasting client relationships, and thrive in a collaborative environment with flexible hours, ongoing education, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on salon experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of nail shaping, cuticle care, gel systems and modern techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel polish, nail art and enhancements.
• Deliver a luxurious client experience from consultation to finish.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations.
