Position Summary

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Mystery Shoppers to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for conducting undercover evaluations of various businesses, including retail stores, restaurants, and service providers. Your feedback will play a crucial role in helping our clients enhance their customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit assigned locations and conduct mystery shopping assignments as per guidelines.
  • Evaluate customer service, product quality, and overall experience.
  • Observe and report on employee interactions, store cleanliness, product displays, and compliance with company standards.
  • Complete detailed and accurate reports based on your observations within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality of assignments and the identity of the companies being evaluated.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve service standards.
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to travel to various locations as required.
  • Reliable access to transportation.
  • Basic computer skills for report submission.
  • Previous experience in mystery shopping or customer service is an asset but not required.
