Pozent Corporation in Toronto is seeking an experienced PMO professional to plan, coordinate, and track Murex TOM workstreams. You will manage governance forums, prepare executive status reports, and maintain RAID logs while aligning with timelines across business, technology, operations, and vendor teams.

The role requires 3–6 years in PMO, strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall; experience in financial services or tech projects with Murex is highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years PMO experience required; Murex experience a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience supporting target operating model design and execution is valuable.
• PMO experience in SDLC preferred.
• Experience supporting PMO, project coordination, or program delivery in financial services or tech initiatives.
• Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities; manage multiple workstreams, meetings and deliverables.
• Proficient in governance, status reporting, RAID management, and project documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across business, technology and vendors; familiar with Agile/Waterfall and project lifecycles.
• Familiarity with capital markets, treasury, trading platforms or Murex environments; ability to understand functional/technical discussions.

Skills - Must Have

• 3-6 years’ experience as a PMO; Murex experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience supporting target operating model design and execution is a big plus.
• PMO experience in SDLC is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting PMO, project coordination, or program delivery activities within financial services or technology initiatives.
• Very strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, meetings, and deliverables simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project governance, status reporting, RAID management, and project documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills across business, technology, and vendor teams. Working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies and project lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with capital markets, treasury, trading platforms, or Murex environments (preferred), with the ability to quickly understand functional and technical discussions.
