Overview

The Municipal Infrastructure division is currently seeking a Team Leader for its Montreal office to support the growth of the office and the existing team. The department holds several exciting contracts and continues its strategic expansion. The team also collaborates on multidisciplinary projects, both internally and externally, as well as on large‑scale mandates. Our team stands out for its dynamism and vibrant work environment. Your role

Support the Assistant Director of Municipal Infrastructure in implementing methods and procedures in line with corporate standards;
Manage the human, financial, and material resources of your department;
Contribute to business development for your department;
Act as Project Manager for multiple projects;
Participate in the design and execution of municipal, institutional, transportation, and industrial projects (plans and specifications);
Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with services offered, deliverables, budgets, and schedules.

About You

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering;
Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ);
Have at least 8 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 5 years managing large‑scale urban infrastructure projects and at least 3 years in team management/coordination;
Be able to communicate in French (spoken and written);
Have experience with large‑scale and alternative delivery projects.
