Job summary

A municipal government located in Northwestern Ontario is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support for City Council meetings and manage document processes. Qualifications

  • Must possess a Certificate in Municipal Administration or a diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Two years of directly related experience preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates meetings for City Council and Advisory Committees.
  • Manages document processes and prepare agendas.
  • Provides support for technology related to meetings.
