• Two years’ experience enforcing regulatory by-laws.
• Knowledge of Provincial Offences Act, by-laws and court procedures.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and identifies by-law infractions and prepares compliance documents.
• conducts parking enforcement, patrols and responds to inquiries.
• Participates in drafting new by-laws and assists with prosecutions.
• Performs court/hearing duties and handles notices and summonses.

Education
