Job summary

City of London is seeking an experienced IT professional to develop and support business solutions across application and database development, AI-enabled processes, and enterprise systems integration. You will work hybrid, collaborating with Technology Services and user departments to implement solutions, ensure security, and maintain system performance.

The role requires strong C#/.NET, SQL Server, REST APIs, and DevOps experience, with a focus on scalable architecture and data governance.

Qualifications

• Three year Community College Business Information Systems Diploma.
• Three years related experience in IT and application development.
• Valid Driver's License - Class G; industry designations or courses on specific products may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and supports business solutions, including hardware/software recommendations.
• Interacts with stakeholders to analyze and improve business systems.
• Provides training and ongoing support for technology initiatives.
• Instructs project team members and may lead projects.
• Ensures security, privacy/PII, and data governance in development work.
• Liaises with vendors and other departments to maintain systems.
