Responsibilities

• Plan, capture, and edit video and photography content for campaigns, events, recruitment, training and initiatives.
• Develop 3D models, renderings, animations, and visualizations for marketing and sales.
• Translate concepts into compelling visual experiences and manage projects end-to-end.

Multimedia & Creative Production Specialist

Location: Concord, ON (Onsite)

About the Role

DCL International is seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia & Creative Production Specialist to produce engaging visual content across digital, print, video, photography, social media, web, and 3D environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a multimedia generalist who excels at visual storytelling and can take projects from concept through final production.

The successful candidate will combine strong design expertise with hands-on content creation, helping bring marketing initiatives and brand communications to life.

Portfolio submission is required and will be a key factor in the selection process**

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Communications

• Create engaging marketing assets for digital, print, social media, presentations, advertising, and corporate communications.
• Ensure all creative materials align with brand standards and support business objectives.

Video Production & Photography

• Plan, capture, and edit professional video and photography content for marketing campaigns, events, recruitment, training, and corporate initiatives.
• Produce content optimized for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Develop 3D models, renderings, animations, and visualizations that support marketing, sales, and business initiatives.
• Translate concepts, technical information, and project requirements into compelling visual experiences.
• Manage multiple creative projects from concept to final delivery while meeting deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative solutions.

Qualifications

Required

• Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Photography, Video Production, Animation, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, creative services, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, video production, photography, and multimedia capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Experience using professional photography and video equipment.
• Experience with at least one 3D platform such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, or Unreal Engine.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

• Motion graphics and animation experience.
• Social media and digital advertising content creation.
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or AI-assisted creative tools.
• Drone photography/videography experience.
• Experience working within established corporate brand environments.
