Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Multifamily Site Superintendent based in Olds, AB. The Site Superintendent will oversee daily construction activities, ensure project timelines and budgets are adhered to, and manage subcontractors and suppliers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining safety protocols, inspecting completed work, resolving on‑site challenges, and ensuring project quality meets industry standards. Collaboration with stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong construction management skills, including experience in scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating multifamily residential projects
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings
  • Leadership experience with the ability to effectively manage and oversee subcontractors and site teams
  • Thorough understanding of safety regulations and the ability to implement safety protocols on‑site
  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements
  • Previous experience as a Site Superintendent in the residential or commercial construction sector
  • Driver’s license and ability to commute to the site in Olds, AB
