• 5 to 10 years' experience with a design-builder, general contractor or owner's representative.
• Experience as a Project Coordinator or Site Superintendent.
• Knowledgeable about design and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve project budget and meet target net margin.
• Prepare detailed construction schedules and present monthly reports.
• Lead the bid process and be accountable for the bid.
