Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process tenant rent payments and monitor arrears.
  • Code and enter invoices using Nexus.
  • Maintain accurate tenant and contractor lists.
  • Track utilities and prepare monthly accruals.
  • Issue tenant billings and correspondence.
  • Review lease abstracts for rent roll accuracy.
  • Coordinate service requests and contractor dispatch.
  • Provide general administrative support.
