Role: Lead MuleSoft Platform Support Engineer

Location: Remote, Canada

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide platform support for MuleSoft integrations and Spring Boot APIs.
• Perform code-level analysis and log analysis to troubleshoot issues.
• Proactively identify potential problems and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Monitor application health using tools such as Sumo Logic and New Relic.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Participate in on-call support rotation, including weekdays and weekends, to maintain high availability.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices for continuous improvement.

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in code-level debugging and log analysis.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools: Sumo Logic, New Relic.
• Good understanding of API security standards (OAuth2, OIDC).
• Knowledge of integration patterns and API lifecycle management.
• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
