Introduction

You are responsible for SRAM bit cells. This includes layout, device and process optimization. There is a strong focus on characterization which enables both the development of competitive bit cells as well as the accurate representation of the bit cells in the process development kits.

Your Job
  • Bit cell and test structure design and maintenance with understanding of process development kit and process integration.
  • Setup tests and develop test concepts.
  • Optimize devices based on semiconductor device physics and associated device manufacturing process flow.
  • Drive physical and model based analysis to guide device optimization.
  • Update process development kits.
  • Work and collaboration other projects and teams or assignments as needed.
Other Responsibilities
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications
  • MS in Electrical engineering or Physics.
  • Years of Experience: 3 years in Industry.
  • Fluency in English Language – written & verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • PhD.
  • Experience with design and layout of advanced semiconductor nodes.
  • SRAM bit cell characterization.
  • Electrical models (spice).
