Randstad Canada is seeking a detail oriented Administrative Office Coordinator for Edmonton on a temporary basis. The role blends billing, data entry and reception responsibilities within a friendly, organized team environment.

You will manage invoices, enter orders in MS Dynamics/Business Central and Excel, and support daily accounting tasks. A 2+ year background in data entry or financial clerical work helps, along with strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of post-secondary education in Office Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of data entry, customer service, or billing/finance clerical experience.
  • Experience in industrial, blue-collar, construction, or trades office environments is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & data lookups) and Word; ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

  • Billing & invoicing support: gather timesheets, sales records, and receipts to prepare, process, and send daily client invoices accurately and on time.
  • Order & data management: input sales orders, purchase orders, work details, and billing adjustments into enterprise software (Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central) and Excel.
  • Financial recordkeeping: assist with payments, manage vendor records, balance reports, and support daily accounting tasks.
  • Front desk & reception duties: answer calls, greet visitors, order supplies, and manage general office needs.

  • Key Traits: High attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, organized, dependable, and a proactive, approachable personality.
