Job summary

CIBC is seeking a collaboration services professional to provide administration, governance, and operational support for Microsoft 365 environments including SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. You will ensure secure, compliant collaboration across the enterprise and support integrations with Power Platform.

The role emphasizes governance, privacy, and risk management, with opportunities to influence adoption, training, and enterprise-wide improvements within a large organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 collaboration and information governance technologies.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Purview, and Information Protection solutions such as Sensitivity Labels.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is an asset.
• Strong governance, privacy, risk, and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and operational support for SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Purview, Copilot, and Forms; investigate incidents and governance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption of Microsoft 365 collaboration and governance solutions.
• Serve as SME for design, governance, and readiness of platform capabilities and solutions; ensure security and privacy compliance.
