Job summary

Prenuvo in North Vancouver is seeking an MRI Tech Aide to join our on-site team at a new clinic. You will support MR safety, patient onboarding, and room turnover, with flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends. The role requires a patient-centered approach and the ability to work closely with MRI technologists.

The position is full-time, on-site only, with travel to the Vancouver site as needed and no visa sponsorship. Competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2-5 years in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related field.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication and patient-care orientation.
• Capable of following MR safety and clinical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MR safety & compliance and control zones according to rules.
• Assist patients with screening forms and safety procedures.
• Escalate safety concerns to MRI staff; do not clear MR Zone entry alone.
• Prepare patients for MR and help with immobilization and attire.
• Support patient onboarding, transfer, and discharge instructions.
• Assist with room setup, cleaning, and infection control between patients.
• Help manage supplies, communications, and record handling.
