Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read GPS/map directions and communicate clearly.
• Outgoing, helpful manner with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to perform physical duties and lift heavy items.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Able to work as part of a team with drivers and trainers.

Responsibilities

• Assist driver/trainer with pre/post trip inspections and equipment inventory.
• Safely move/pack/unpack belongings using proper equipment and techniques.
• Support team in organizing and securing the truck after each job.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and ensure revenues are properly dropped off.
• Uphold the franchise's customer service standards and policies.
