Qualifications

• You must have a relevant qualification in fitness or rehabilitation.
• Previous experience working directly with clients in fitness or rehab is a plus.
• CPR or AED Certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one stretch sessions to clients.
• Educate clients about posture, recovery, and mobility.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships.
• Collaborate with studio staff to promote membership.

Skills

Strong anatomy and body mechanics knowledge

Client relationship building

Passion for fitness and wellness

Education

Degree or diploma in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field

Current certification (CSEP, NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or similar)

License as a Physiotherapist, Massage Therapist, Chiropractor, Athletic Therapist, or Kinesiologist

Credential in Yoga, Pilates, Dance, or Barre
