Kindera Living is seeking an Admissions (Move-In) Coordinator to join our administration team in a full-time, on-site role. The position reports to the Executive Director and focuses on welcoming new residents, guiding their families, and ensuring a seamless move-in process.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail in admissions.
  • SSW certification and ongoing annual registration are required.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Home Resident Placement Coordinator; manage admissions flow.
  • Communicate with Home and Community Care daily to share bed availability.
  • Complete admissions documentation and schedule tours.
  • Ensure rooms are ready prior to resident move-in; coordinate maintenance/housekeeping.
  • Support families and residents through the admission day process.
