Responsibilities

Read electrical diagrams, blueprints and other technical drawings to complete assemblies and installation.
Position and install components, sub-assemblies and accessories using hand and power tools and other supports such as overhead winches.
Adjust and fine-tune components such as doors, hoods, and trunk lids.
Check vehicle exterior primers, coats of paint, sealants and enamels, and record defects that need repair.
Drive and test motor vehicles on a roller tester to ensure transmission, axle, motor and brakes are in good working order.
